Zmaturoval na 1. v\u0161eobecnom gymn\u00e1ziu J. S\u0142owack\u00e9ho v Przemy\u015bl. V rokoch 1974 - 1978 \u0161tudoval dejiny umenia na Lubelskej katol\u00edckej univerzite. V rok 1978 ukon\u010dil pomaturitn\u00e9 \u0161t\u00fadium v odbore z\u00e1hradn\u00edctvo. V 80. rokoch v meste Przemy\u015bl organizoval nez\u00e1visl\u00e9 kult\u00farne prostredie, samizdatovo vyd\u00e1val a redigoval \u0161tvr\u0165ro\u010dn\u00edk \"Strych Kulturalny\" (slov. Kult\u00farna povala). P\u00f4sobil v nez\u00e1vislom hnut\u00ed ro\u013en\u00edkov - okrem in\u00e9ho ako \u010dlen Celopo\u013esk\u00e9ho v\u00fdboru ro\u013en\u00edckej opoz\u00edcie, ako autor \u010dl\u00e1nkov samizdatov\u00e9ho \u010dasopisu OKOR \"Solidarita ro\u013en\u00edkov\". Od roku 1982 sa anga\u017eoval v ro\u013en\u00edckom pastora\u010dnom centre v meste\u010dku Krasiczyn (prv\u00e9 v celom Po\u013esku), organizoval (spolu s k\u0148azom Stanislawom Bartmi\u0144sk\u00fdm) potravinov\u00fa pomoc pre sliezskych robotn\u00edkov. V rokoch 1983 - 1989, tie\u017e ileg\u00e1lne, spoluorganizoval Dni kres\u0165anskej kult\u00fary v Przemy\u015bl a medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e9 umeleck\u00e9 v\u00fdstavy \"\u010clovek - Boh - Svet\". V roku 1985 uv\u00e4znen\u00fd za opozi\u010dn\u00fa \u010dinnos\u0165. Vo vy\u0161etrovacej v\u00e4zbe v meste Jaros\u0142aw a vo v\u00e4zen\u00ed v meste Przemy\u015bl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V roku 1989 spolo\u010dne zakladal a stalem sa tla\u010dov\u00fdm hovorcom ob\u010dianskeho v\u00fdboru \"Solidarita\" v przemyskom vojvodstve. V rokoch 1990 - 1992 \u010dlen celo\u0161t\u00e1tneho ob\u010dianskeho v\u00fdboru \"Solidarita\" v okruhu Lecha Wa\u0142\u0119su. Founder and President of the \"Porozumienie Centrum\" Association (1990 - 1999) v przemyskom vojvodstve.  V rokoch 1990 - 2000 plnil funkciu predsedu Przemysk\u00e9ho kult\u00farneho zdru\u017eenia, ktor\u00e9 okrem in\u00e9ho vyd\u00e1valo \u0161tvr\u0165ro\u010dn\u00edk \"Spojrzenia Przemyskie\" (slov. Przemysk\u00e9 poh\u013eady). Podpredseda rzeszowskej pobo\u010dky Zdru\u017eenia po\u013esk\u00fdch novin\u00e1rov. Predseda programovej rady Po\u013esk\u00e9ho rozhlasu Rzesz\u00f3w a kore\u0161pondent Po\u013esk\u00e9ho rozhlasu \u013dvov. V rokoch 1994 - 1999 deplanec mesta Przemy\u015bl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V rokoch 1999 - 2001 Podkarpatsk\u00fd vicevojvoda. Nepretr\u017eite od 2001 poslanec Po\u013esk\u00e9ho sejmu za stranu Pr\u00e1vo a spravodlivos\u0165. D\u0148a 4. augusta 2010 sa stal stalemar\u0161\u00e1lkom Po\u013esk\u00e9ho sejmu 6. volebn\u00e9ho obdobia<s>,<\/s> and 8. novembra 2011 zvolen\u00fd na vicemar\u0161\u00e1lka Po\u013esk\u00e9ho sejmu 7. volebn\u00e9ho obdobia. Predseda parlamentnychch komisi\u00ed: \u0161t\u00e1tnej spr\u00e1vy a vn\u00fatra, a tak\u017ce ochrany \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia, pr\u00edrodn\u00fdch zdrojov a lesn\u00edctva. Subcommittees of the Parliamentary delegation <s>to<\/s> parlamentn\u00e9ho zhroma\u017edenia Po\u013eska a Ukrajiny, a jak a \u010dlen po\u013esko-majarskej parlamentnej skupiny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2010 inici\u00e1tor of a cycle of stretnut\u00ed - konferenci\u00ed karpatsk\u00fdch kraj\u00edn pod n\u00e1zvom \"Eur\u00f3pa Karp\u00e1t\", which aim is, inter alia, to strengthen mutual cooperation at all levels of public activity and to create a medzin\u00e1rodnej siete MPs, who are engaged in the ongoing development of the Carpathian region.
