The PiS Bureau for Intervention and Legal Advice in Przemy\u015bl is the parliamentary work zone of the Sejm Speaker Marek Kuchci\u0144ski. For years it has been involved in solving the problems of Podkarpackie Voivodeship and regional politics.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The office provides assistance to anyone affected by injustice, incompetence or arrogance of public authorities and institutions, who needs guidance in exercising their rights. Regardless of nationality, political views or social status.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This assistance consists in providing free legal advice, preparing pleadings and administrative documents, and intervening in cases that require it.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Persons interested in receiving free legal assistance in the office of the Speaker of the Sejm Marek Kuchci\u0144ski may contact the office staff personally or by telephone at 16 678 49 19<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the first half of 2019, a total of 174<\/strong> meetings. During them issues from various branches of law were discussed, i.e.:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. administrative law;<\/li>
  2. general scope of civil law;<\/li>
  3. criminal and misdemeanor law;<\/li>
  4. labor and social security law;<\/li>
  5. family law;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The topic breakdown of the meetings is shown in the chart below: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Legal advice in the first half of 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The prevailing topic was the issue of consumer bankruptcy. This shows how important and necessary it is for people who are not running their own business to be able to declare bankruptcy in order to get rid of their debts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • eviction;<\/li>
    • court deposit.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      A decidedly small percentage of the cases, at\nonly 5%, were felony and misdemeanor issues. They concerned\namong others:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • stalking;<\/li>
      • fraud;<\/li>
      • violation of bodily integrity;<\/li>
      • abuse;<\/li>
      • law enforcement acquisitions.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Law\nAdministrative law differs from other branches of law in that it is governed by extremely\nand diverse legal acts. These issues were discussed during 24\nmeetings and concerned, among others<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • attendance allowance;<\/li>
        • obtaining documents from the archives;<\/li>
        • exemptions from the application of the law\nde-mubekization act;<\/li>
        • demarcation proceedings;<\/li>
        • cancellation of claims against the Alimony Fund\nAlimony Fund;<\/li>
        • RTV subscription fee;<\/li>
        • 500+ benefits;<\/li>
        • development conditions.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          The people who least frequently turned to the Legal Intervention and Advice Bureau for help with their cases were petitioners with labor problems. The advice concerned the following issues:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • unjustified termination of employment;<\/li>
          • wage arrears;<\/li>
          • incorrect certificate of employment;<\/li>
          • seniority.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Three times\nthree times the subject of an extraordinary complaint was raised, i.e. in the case of improperly calculated\npension, manslaughter and cancellation of a donation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
