In the voting block of the 35th Sejm session:

 

• by acclamation adopted a resolution on commemorating the 75th anniversary of the national army

 

• celebrated the 150th anniversary of the Sokół Gymnastic Society

 

• commemorated in silence the victims of the first mass deportation of the Polish population to Siberia

 

• adopted the information of the Minister of Foreign Affairs on the tasks of Polish foreign policy in 2017.

 

• amended the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments - introducing, among others, a new system of penalties for issuers and abolishing the division of the regulated market into stock exchange and over-the-counter market

 

• passed the law on exchange of tax information with other countries

 

• adopted amendments to the Public Finance Act aimed at increasing the clarity of provisions governing the granting of relief in repayment of civil law debts

 

• amended the Act on Public Benefit Activity and Volunteerism

 

• passed amendments to the Act on pensions and disability pensions from the social insurance fund

 

• amended the so-called oncology package - simplified reporting on the maintenance of lists of patients waiting for services provided on the basis of the DiLO diagnostic and oncological treatment card

 

• passed a law with provisions introducing the establishment of the National Agricultural Support Centre

 

• passed amendments to the Act on Local Self-Government

 

• sealed the VAT system by introducing roadside monitoring of transport of liquid fuels, denatured alcohol and dried tobacco

 

• introduced the Law on Special Principles of Remedying the Legal Effects of Reprivatization Decisions Regarding Warsaw Properties Issued in Violation of Law

 

• set the final version of the law introducing enhanced criminal liability for VAT fraud based on fictitious invoices

 

• amended the Act on cash benefits from social insurance in case of sickness and maternity
