V JOINT MEETING OF THE PRESIDENCIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND AND THE GERMAN BUNDESTAG

On 31 May 2011, the 5th joint meeting of the Presidium of the Polish Sejm and the German Bundestag was held in Warsaw. The meeting took place in the historical scenery of the Palace on the Isle in Lazienki Park and was one of the elements of the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Treaty between the Republic of Poland and the Federal Republic of Germany on good neighborhood and friendly cooperation. The meeting was attended by the members of the Presidiums of both chambers and the representatives of the Committees for European and Foreign Affairs as well as the chairmen of the bilateral groups of both parties. The Polish delegation was headed, among others, by Vice-Marshal of the Polish Sejm Marek Kuchciński.
