The purpose of the competition is to popularize active recreation on skis, popularize skiing and promote Przemyśl and the Podkarpackie Region, which is attractive for tourists, as well as to support the activities of the Pupils' Sports Club "Śródmieście Przemyśl".
To participate in the tournament have been invited parliamentarians and local government officials from the Slovak Republic, Ukraine and the Republic of Poland. The special guests will be among others Mr. Tomasz Zubilewicz, weather presenter, entrepreneur, author of many publications aimed at popularization of tourism and Mr. Andrzej Bachleda - Curuś, an outstanding Polish alpine skier, multiple medallist at the Polish and World Championships, Olympian.
We expect 200 players, including an inclusive team, and several thousand spectators from all over Podkarpacie and Poland.
The organizers have prepared attractive prizes: a trip to the Alps, a trip to Brussels, sports equipment, ski passes and others. Special prizes were funded by Golec uOrkiestra band.
The tournament will be held on the ski slope in Przemyśl, on 27 February (Sunday), from 8.00 to 16.00.
