1 Organizers:

Law and Justice Youth Forum, Young Przemysl Association, Motor Przemysl Club.

 

2nd Place:

Playground "Orlik" in Przemysl, Dworskiego Street (Motor Club).

 

3 Deadline

August 11, 2011 - September 11, 2011.

 

4 Objective:

To popularize a healthy lifestyle, develop interest in sports and support youth initiatives.

 

5 Participation:

The following are eligible to compete:

  • persons up to 16 years of age - age group I,
  • OPEN group over 16 years old.
  • Persons under the age of 18 should have permission to participate from a parent or legal guardian.
  • Group I up to 16 years old,
  • Group II 16 and up,
  • group III girls OPEN.

 

6 Conditions of Participation:

Each team will provide a name list of players, signed by the group manager, by August 6 before the start of the games.

A player may only play on one team.

The team performs in costumes of their choice.

 

7 Game Rules:

  • A team can enter 10 players without the possibility of making changes during the games (on the field 5+1 goalkeeper).
  • Matches are held in league system, cup system 10 teams - 2 groups of 5 teams.
  • Two teams emerge from each group to play the semifinals on September 11.
  • Girls teams - the entire tournament will be played on Sunday, September 11.
  • Enrollment limit of up to 10 teams in each age group. Maximum of 6 teams in the girls tournament.
  • Game time is 15 minutes without changing sides.
  • The competition will be played with soccer.
  • Return player changes "indoor system".
  • After the ball is kicked into the audience, a lateral out is made with the foot from where the ball left the field of play.
  • The introduction of the ball into the game from the goal mouth can be done with hand or foot by the goalkeeper.
  • A penalty box marked within its line. 
  • Other regulations are regulated by PZPN - in accordance with the rules of soccer. 

 

8 Scoring:

  • A team receives 2 points for a win.
  • For a tie, 1 point.
  • For a loss 0 points.

 

9 Order:

Placement is determined by: number of points scored.

With two teams with the same number of points, placement is determined:

goal differential,

  • greater number of goals scored.
  • A direct duel between the teams involved.

 

10 Discipline:

  • Admonishment penalties apply in the games: 1 min, 2 min, total exclusion.
  • In cases of unsportsmanlike conduct, a player may be banned from three games or excluded from the tournament altogether.

 

11 Awards:

Team:

  • Each team 1-4 receives a diploma and a door prize - for each player on the first team.

Individual:

  • Best Player.
  • Best shooter.
  • Best Goalkeeper.
  • Fair Play - Team.

 

12 Other Matters:

Organizers secure:

  • Judging Service.
  • Medical care.
  • Maintaining game records.
  • School teams - teacher supervision.
  • Teams are insured at their own expense.
  • Fair Play.
  • Bedspreads.

 

The organizer is not responsible for compensation for lost property and personal items of the participants.

The organizer is not responsible for any injuries.
