Wild Teams Tournament Final - results

The month-long first Podkarpackie Wild Teams Football Tournament under the patronage of MEP Tomasz Poręba, organized by the Youth Forum of PiS Podkarpacie, ended in Rzeszów on September 1.

Over 120 teams, i.e. more than a thousand players from nine cities of our province participated in the entire tournament. The team from Raniżów turned out to be the best, being unrivalled both in the preliminaries in Rzeszów and in the main final. As a reward the players will go to Brussels for a few days attractive trip organized by Mr. Tomasz Poręba MEP! The main attraction at the end of the tournament was a "burning" cake, which, in addition to other snacks, the players could eat after the exhausting competition.

Prizes: backpacks, balls, mugs, sports equipment, diplomas, cups and statuettes were handed out to the other teams by Vice-Marshal of the Polish Parliament Marek Kuchciński, Senator Alicja Zając, Senator Andrzej Matusiewicz and Andrzej Ćwierz, MP of the last term.

Sponsors of the tournament were mainly MPs and councillors of Law and Justice party. Judges of the main tournament were: Rafał Weber, Wojciech Kamiński and Mateusz Kuszyk. The sporting event was organized and conducted by FM PiS Podkarpackie.

The teams were divided into three groups, with three teams competing in each. The winners of the groups plus the best team from the second places were promoted.
