MEMBER OF THE PARLIAMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF RP - DISTRICT 22

MENU

November 10 - December 12, 2015.

About 60 people were counseled at the Law and Justice Intervention and Advice Bureau during the period November 10-December 12. At the same time, the scope of counseling is expanding, as criminal cases of a serious, priority nature appeared for the first time in the period indicated. We monitor the outcome of these cases and can boast that the vast majority of the counseling was favorable. Only single people were not helped due to the use of legal means or the lack of means to defend their rights, or due to the expiration of the time limit within which the relevant legal remedies provided by the relevant laws absolutely should have been applied.

The importance of the institution of legal advice in the Law and Justice BP is evidenced by the number of people reporting to us and the range of cases in which we intervened. These were cases in the broad areas of civil law, commercial law, labor and social security law, administrative law, as well as criminal, customs and banking law.
