PLN, tj. o 68,9%.<\/li>\n<li>Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed celkov\u00e9ho dluhu podnik\u016f a dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed na 78 % HDP na konci roku 2012 (v roce 2000 to bylo 37% HDP).<\/li>\n<li>Pokles \u00faspor dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed z p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 12% - 14% na p\u0159elomu minul\u00e9ho desetilet\u00ed na p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 2% - 5%.<\/li>\n<li>Da\u0148ov\u00e9 zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rodin se dv\u011bma d\u011btmi se od roku 2009 zv\u00fd\u0161ilo o 1,2 procentn\u00edho bodu a v roce 2012 \u010dinilo 29,6%, zat\u00edmco pr\u016fm\u011br zem\u00ed OECD byl 26,1%.<\/li>\n<li>V roce 2013 \u010dinilo celkov\u00e9 zdan\u011bn\u00ed zisku v Polsku 41,6 %, co\u017e je v\u00edce ne\u017e pr\u016fm\u011br zem\u00ed EU a ESVO (41,1%).<\/li>\n<li>Zru\u0161en\u00ed slevy na dani ze stavebn\u00edch prac\u00ed (vr\u00e1cen\u00ed DPH na stavebn\u00ed materi\u00e1l pro renovace).<\/li>\n<li>Zru\u0161en\u00ed \"internetov\u00e9 \u00falevy\".<\/li>\n<li>Omezen\u00ed \u00falevy pro tzv. \"auto s m\u0159\u00ed\u017ekou\".<\/li>\n<li>Omezen\u00ed odpo\u010ditatelnosti n\u00e1klad\u016f tv\u016frc\u016f.<\/li>\n<li>Zaveden\u00ed limitu pro odpo\u010det od\u010ditateln\u00fdch n\u00e1klad\u016f 50% u smluv o d\u00edlo.<\/li>\n<li>\"Skok\" na \u00faspory Pol\u00e1k\u016f nashrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00e9 v otev\u0159en\u00fdch penzijn\u00edch fondech s c\u00edlem zalepit rozpo\u010dtovou d\u00edru a iluzorn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit st\u00e1tn\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00fd dluh.<\/li>\n<li>Postupn\u00e9 sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed demografick\u00e9ho rezervn\u00edho fondu, kter\u00fd m\u011bl Pol\u00e1ky v budoucnu chr\u00e1nit. V letech 2010 a\u017e 2014 bylo z tohoto fondu \u010derp\u00e1no 19,4 miliardy PLN.\n<ul>\n<li>Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed da\u0148ov\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee v d\u016fsledku neaktualizace nezdaniteln\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky (Polsko m\u00e1 jednu z nejni\u017e\u0161\u00edch nezdaniteln\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stek v cel\u00e9 Evrop\u011b, v tomto ohledu jsme hor\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e Zambie a Tanzanie).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed dvouprocentn\u00ed dan\u011b z ob\u010danskopr\u00e1vn\u00edch transakc\u00ed na nov\u00e9 kategorie.<\/li>\n<li>Pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed dan\u011b z nemovitost\u00ed mimo jin\u00e9 na kabelov\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b a energetick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 zaveden\u00ed v\u0161eobecn\u00e9 audiovizu\u00e1ln\u00ed dan\u011b.<\/li>\n<li>P\u0159\u00edprava pr\u00e1vn\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f, kter\u00e9 by zablokovaly mo\u017enost odpo\u010dtu DPH u pohonn\u00fdch hmot.<\/li>\n<li>\u010cist\u00e1 investi\u010dn\u00ed pozice Polska v\u016f\u010di zahrani\u010d\u00ed \u010dinila na konci roku 2012 259,8 miliardy EUR (tj. p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 68,11 % HDP) a byla stejn\u011b jako v p\u0159edchoz\u00edch letech vl\u00e1d PO-PSL z\u00e1porn\u00e1.<\/li>\n<li>Nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 soudr\u017enost a koordinace p\u0159i podpo\u0159e polsk\u00e9ho hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Po\u010det zam\u011bstnanc\u016f v pr\u016fmyslu celkem se do konce roku 2012 sn\u00ed\u017eil <br \/> o 136 200 osob.<\/li>\n<li>Dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed limitu obratu (ze 40 000 PLN na 20 000 PLN), p\u0159i jeho\u017e p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed mus\u00ed m\u00edt mikropodnikatel fisk\u00e1ln\u00ed pokladnu.<\/li>\n<li>Prodej majetku ministerstva financ\u00ed; jen v roce 2012 byly mimo jin\u00e9 prod\u00e1ny. <br \/> Systematicky se prod\u00e1v\u00e1 95 milion\u016f akci\u00ed PKO BP, 11 milion\u016f akci\u00ed Bank Gospodarki \u017bywno\u015bciowej, 131 milion\u016f akci\u00ed PGE S.A., akcie spole\u010dnost\u00ed pat\u0159\u00edc\u00edch ke kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm odv\u011btv\u00edm polsk\u00e9 ekonomiky.<\/li>\n<li>V letech 2005-2007 \u010dinily celkov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edjmy z privatizace majetku st\u00e1tn\u00ed pokladny 6,35 miliardy zlot\u00fdch, v letech 2008-2012 to bylo p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 55,2 miliardy zlot\u00fdch, co\u017e zahrnovalo prodej stovek polsk\u00fdch podnik\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b podnik\u016f kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch pro polsk\u00fd pr\u016fmysl.<\/li>\n<li>Zru\u0161en\u00ed OFE sni\u017euje likviditu na polsk\u00e9m trhu. Ocen\u011bn\u00ed polsk\u00fdch st\u00e1tn\u00edch cenn\u00fdch pap\u00edr\u016f a zlot\u00e9ho bude citliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed na n\u00e1ladu na sv\u011btov\u00fdch trz\u00edch. N\u00e1klady na obsluhu zahrani\u010dn\u00edho dluhu se zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed o 14,2%.<\/li>\n<li>Polsk\u00e9 firmy jsou na p\u0159edposledn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b v inovac\u00edch <br \/> v Evrop\u011b. Po\u010det patentov\u00fdch p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161ek podan\u00fdch Pol\u00e1ky je <br \/> 11kr\u00e1t ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e pr\u016fm\u011br zem\u00ed EU.<\/li>\n<li>Polsko se st\u00e1v\u00e1 \"montovnou\" velk\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed. N\u00edzk\u00e9 jednotkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady pr\u00e1ce zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed, \u017ee zahrani\u010dn\u00ed investo\u0159i vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed relativn\u011b levnou pracovn\u00ed s\u00edlu v Polsku.<\/li>\n<li>Polsk\u00fd pr\u016fmysl se vyzna\u010duje n\u00edzkou m\u00edrou inovac\u00ed, nem\u00e1me siln\u00e9 zna\u010dky uzn\u00e1van\u00e9 po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b.<\/li>\n<li>T\u011b\u017eba polsk\u00e9ho b\u0159idlicov\u00e9ho plynu se stala materi\u00e1lem volebn\u00ed kampan\u011b. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed investo\u0159i Polsko opustili a po\u010det dokon\u010den\u00fdch vrt\u016f neumo\u017e\u0148uje ani odhadnout mno\u017estv\u00ed nekonven\u010dn\u00edho plynu. <br \/> v Polsku.<\/li>\n<li>Absence siln\u00e9 hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 politiky prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9 na \u00farovni EU v souvislosti s politikou v oblasti klimatu p\u0159edstavuje obrovskou hrozbu pro konkurenceschopnost polsk\u00e9ho odv\u011btv\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9ho a energeticky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu.<\/li>\n<li>Nesrovnalosti ve v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00fdch \u0159\u00edzen\u00edch se staly b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm jevem, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e obvin\u011bn\u00ed z naru\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed spravedliv\u00e9 hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee se t\u00fdkala dokonce i ministerstva spravedlnosti.<\/li>\n<li>Obrovsk\u00fd potenci\u00e1l evropsk\u00fdch fond\u016f byl vyu\u017eit neefektivn\u011b, \u0159ada investic nebyla dokon\u010dena v\u010das, realizovan\u00e9 programy nep\u0159isp\u011bly ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed konkurenceschopnosti polsk\u00e9 ekonomiky a podnik\u016f a k udr\u017eiteln\u00e9mu zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed po\u010dtu pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst, vl\u00e1da se stala z\u00e1vislou na kapit\u00e1lu EU p\u0159i rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed a investic\u00edch.\n<ul>\n<li>Potenci\u00e1l fond\u016f EU p\u0159isp\u011bl p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed negativn\u00edch jev\u016f zaznamenan\u00fdch v n\u00e1rodn\u00edch statistik\u00e1ch v souvislosti s hospod\u00e1\u0159skou kriz\u00ed, m\u00edsto aby slou\u017eil k budov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1klad\u016f siln\u00e9 a modern\u00ed ekonomiky v Polsku.<\/li>\n<li>Opo\u017ed\u011bn\u00e9 zaveden\u00ed elektronick\u00e9ho da\u0148ov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu sni\u017euje dopady <br \/> z DPH v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch letech prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm vyd\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed (odhadovan\u00fd dopad je p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 20 miliard ro\u010dn\u011b).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>Infrastruktura<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 v\u00fdkonnost p\u0159i v\u00fdstavb\u011b d\u00e1lnic tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed v tv\u00e1\u0159 gigantick\u00fdm <br \/> a neod\u016fvodn\u011bn\u00e9 v\u00fddaje na tento \u00fa\u010del.<\/li>\n<li>P\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na v\u00fdstavbu silnic a d\u00e1lnic (pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na v\u00fdstavbu <br \/> 1 km d\u00e1lnice v Polsku \u010din\u00ed 9,6 milionu EUR, v N\u011bmecku 8,24 milionu EUR a v Litv\u011b 4 miliony EUR).<\/li>\n<li>To vedlo ke krachu mnoha spole\u010dnost\u00ed ve stavebnictv\u00ed (v roce 2012 zkrachovalo 259 spole\u010dnost\u00ed, v roce 2013 241 spole\u010dnost\u00ed).<\/li>\n<li>V\u00fdrazn\u00fd pokles zam\u011bstnanosti ve stavebnictv\u00ed - p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o 140 000-150 000 pln\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch \u00favazk\u016f, tj. 13%.<\/li>\n<li>Pokles produkce ve stavebnictv\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na v oblasti investic do infrastruktury (v roce 2013 pokles dos\u00e1hl 40%).<\/li>\n<li>Dluh N\u00e1rodn\u00edho silni\u010dn\u00edho fondu k \u0159\u00edjnu 2013 \u010dinil 42 miliard PLN. Pl\u00e1novan\u00fd dluh na rok 2014 \u010din\u00ed a\u017e 50 miliard PLN.<\/li>\n<li>Zaveden\u00ed elektronick\u00e9ho m\u00fdtn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu ViaToll p\u0159edstavuje pro dopravn\u00ed podniky zna\u010dnou finan\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e.<\/li>\n<li>Vy\u0159azen\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edch trat\u00ed z provozu (pl\u00e1nov\u00e1no bylo vy\u0159azen\u00ed a\u017e 4 000 km \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edch trat\u00ed; z 90 \u00fasek\u016f pl\u00e1novan\u00fdch k vy\u0159azen\u00ed z provozu vybran\u00fdch PKP PLK ji\u017e bylo vy\u0159azeno 21 \u00fasek\u016f \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edch trat\u00ed).<\/li>\n<li>Privatizace mnoha \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edch stanic a uzav\u0159en\u00ed nejm\u00e9n\u011b 130 \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edch stanic a zast\u00e1vek.<\/li>\n<li>Odlo\u017een\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed o v\u00fdstavb\u011b obchvat\u016f v n\u011bkolika polsk\u00fdch m\u011bstech (Olsztyn, Suwa\u0142ki, Inowroc\u0142aw, Pu\u0142tusk, Pomiech\u00f3wek, Jarocin, G\u00f3ra Kalwaria, Ko\u0142biel, Ostr\u00f3w Wielkopolski, Niemodlin, Nysa, K\u0119dzierzyn-Ko\u017ale, W\u0105chock, Tomasz\u00f3w Lubelski, D\u0105browa Tarnowska, Zabierz\u00f3w).<\/li>\n<li>Zbaven\u00ed subdodavatel\u016f mo\u017enosti vym\u00e1hat od Gener\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0159editelstv\u00ed silnic a d\u00e1lnic pen\u00edze za proveden\u00e9 silni\u010dn\u00ed stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce (dlu\u017en\u00e9 pen\u00edze obdr\u017eeli pouze n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z nich).<\/li>\n<li>Vy\u0159azen\u00ed infrastruktury \"okresn\u00edho Polska\" (trat\u011b PKS, \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed spoje, mal\u00e9 \u0161koly, okresn\u00ed soudy, knihovny, po\u0161ty, policejn\u00ed stanice).<\/li>\n<li>Vylou\u010den\u00ed mlad\u00fdch obyvatel v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch oblast\u00ed Polska z programu \"Mieszkanie dla M\u0142odych\" - koup\u011b nov\u00e9ho bytu s podporou tohoto programu byla prakticky omezena na velk\u00e1 m\u011bsta.<\/li>\n<li>Blokov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edpis\u016f pro instalaci v\u011btrn\u00fdch elektr\u00e1ren. Jejich t\u011bsn\u00e1 bl\u00edzkost k budov\u00e1m v rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdch oblastech Polska vystavuje obyvatele zdravotn\u00edm rizik\u016fm, zp\u016fsobuje pokles hodnoty nemovitost\u00ed a ni\u010d\u00ed krajinn\u00e9 hodnoty.<\/li>\n<li>Pozastaven\u00ed projektu vysokorychlostn\u00ed \u017eeleznice a dramaticky n\u00edzk\u00e9 \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed evropsk\u00fdch fond\u016f na investice do \u017eeleznic (Polsko bude muset \u010d\u00e1st prost\u0159edk\u016f vr\u00e1tit) s obrovskou pot\u0159ebou nal\u00e9hav\u00fdch oprav a v\u00fdstavby nov\u00fdch \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edch trat\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e1kup drah\u00fdch, nefunk\u010dn\u00edch a zbyte\u010dn\u00fdch vlak\u016f Pendolino a letadel Dreamliner.<\/li>\n<li>Vl\u00e1da nevyu\u017eila prost\u0159edky EU na vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed vysokorychlostn\u00ed internetov\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b, co\u017e omezuje p\u0159\u00edstup ob\u010dan\u016f k internetu.<\/li>\n<li>Likvidace zna\u010dn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti polsk\u00fdch po\u0161t a pobo\u010dek, co\u017e ob\u010dan\u016fm zt\u00ed\u017eilo p\u0159\u00edstup k po\u0161tovn\u00edm slu\u017eb\u00e1m.<\/li>\n<li>Sv\u011b\u0159en\u00ed vy\u0159izov\u00e1n\u00ed po\u0161ty soud\u016f a st\u00e1tn\u00edch zastupitelstv\u00ed nekompetentn\u00ed soukrom\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuje chaos v ob\u011bhu korespondence, vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 rozho\u0159\u010den\u00ed ob\u010dan\u016f a podkop\u00e1v\u00e1 jejich d\u016fv\u011bru ve st\u00e1t.<\/li>\n<li>Zni\u010den\u00ed polsk\u00e9ho lo\u010fa\u0159sk\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu v d\u016fsledku nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vy a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed spole\u010dnost\u00ed, nep\u0159ijet\u00ed odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed ohledn\u011b poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed st\u00e1tn\u00ed podpory lod\u011bnic\u00edm a prodeje lod\u011bnic v Gdyni a \u0160t\u011bt\u00edn\u011b, kter\u00fd byl prov\u00e1zen nesrovnalostmi.<\/li>\n<li>Mnoham\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fdstavby plynov\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edstavu, kter\u00e9 vedlo ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f na v\u00fdstavbu a nutnosti znovu projednat podm\u00ednky smlouvy s Katarem. V Polsku dosud neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 strategie pro vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed zkapaln\u011bn\u00e9ho zemn\u00edho plynu (LNG).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>M\u00edstn\u00ed samospr\u00e1va a region\u00e1ln\u00ed rozvoj<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>P\u0159ijet\u00ed zm\u011bn evropsk\u00e9 politiky soudr\u017enosti, kter\u00e9 zt\u011b\u017euj\u00ed vyrovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed rozd\u00edl\u016f v rozvoji region\u016f ve prosp\u011bch politiky podporuj\u00edc\u00ed konkurenceschopnost, tj. siln\u00fdch oblast\u00ed v Evrop\u011b, \u010d\u00edm\u017e Polsko p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed o p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 40 miliard EUR.<\/li>\n<li>nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky jedn\u00e1n\u00ed o finan\u010dn\u00edm v\u00fdhledu EU na obdob\u00ed 2014-2020 pro Polsko, v jejich\u017e d\u016fsledku jsme p\u0159i zohledn\u011bn\u00ed m\u00edry inflace obdr\u017eeli o 10 miliard EUR m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e v p\u0159edchoz\u00edm finan\u010dn\u00edm v\u00fdhledu (co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee po ode\u010dten\u00ed vyplacen\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku budeme m\u00edt k dispozici o dal\u0161\u00edch 16 miliard EUR m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dist\u00e9ho).<\/li>\n<li>Vl\u00e1da se sm\u00ed\u0159ila se situac\u00ed, kdy Polsko obdr\u017e\u00ed v r\u00e1mci rozpo\u010dtu EU na obdob\u00ed 2014-2020 pouze 2784 eur na hlavu statistick\u00e9ho Pol\u00e1ka, co\u017e je v\u00fdrazn\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e ostatn\u00ed nov\u00ed \u010dlenov\u00e9 EU (Ma\u010farsko 3722 eur na osobu, \u010cesk\u00e1 republika 2857 eur na osobu, Chorvatsko 4186 eur na osobu, Litva 5862 eur na osobu).<\/li>\n<li>Opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed konceptu udr\u017eiteln\u00e9ho n\u00e1rodn\u00edho rozvoje ve prosp\u011bch modelu <br \/> polariza\u010dn\u011b-dif\u00fazn\u00ed v\u00fdvoj Polska, spo\u010d\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed v tom, \u017ee se v\u00edce prost\u0159edk\u016f sm\u011b\u0159uje do konkurenceschopnosti na \u00fakor soudr\u017enosti, tj. alokace v nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch centrech nam\u00edsto vyrovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed rozd\u00edl\u016f ve v\u00fdvoji.<\/li>\n<li>Systematick\u00e1 demont\u00e1\u017e m\u011bstsk\u00e9 a okresn\u00ed polsk\u00e9 infrastruktury (\u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed a autobusov\u00e9 spoje, vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, po\u0161tovn\u00ed infrastruktura, okresn\u00ed soudy, prokuratury, celn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ady, energetick\u00e9 okrsky, policejn\u00ed stanice, kulturn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>zat\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00edstn\u00edch \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f nov\u00fdmi \u00fakoly, ani\u017e by na jejich pln\u011bn\u00ed byly vy\u010dlen\u011bny odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky, p\u0159\u00edkladem je z\u00e1kon o podpo\u0159e rodiny a syst\u00e9mu n\u00e1hradn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de, kter\u00fd ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 m\u00edstn\u00edm \u00fa\u0159ad\u016fm povinnost vy\u010dlenit nejm\u00e9n\u011b 8 miliard zlot\u00fdch ro\u010dn\u011b, ani\u017e by jim za to byla poskytnuta jak\u00e1koli n\u00e1hrada.<\/li>\n<li>P\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u0161anc\u00ed v\u00fdchodn\u00edho Polska na rychl\u00fd rozvoj a pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 investice <br \/> z fond\u016f Evropsk\u00e9 unie.<\/li>\n<li>Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed region\u00e1ln\u00ed stratifikace v Polsku. Krom\u011b toho vl\u00e1da Pr\u00e1va a spravedlnosti vyjednala na rozvoj venkova 13,4 miliardy EUR z EU na obdob\u00ed 2007-2013 a na obdob\u00ed 2014-2020 sou\u010dasn\u00e1 vl\u00e1da obdr\u017eela pouze 9,8 miliardy EUR.
